We are looking for dynamic professionals in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) who are eager to grow and work on high-impact transactions.

🔍 Open Roles:
1️⃣ Junior Associate (Bangalore)
• MBA / CA
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
2️⃣ Associate (Gurgaon / Bangalore)
• CA Fresher
• Articleship experience in FDD or Statutory Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Analyze revenue, costs, and key business drivers
- Assess quality of earnings and working capital requirements
- Prepare databooks and draft reports
- Conduct analytical reviews and present key findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live transactions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
