GenXAI is looking for a motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Anaplan team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics using the Anaplan platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Anaplan models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Gather and understand business requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and validating Anaplan models.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve user queries.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with Anaplan features and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Exposure to business intelligence or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or data management concepts will be an added advantage.
