Role Description The CA – Finance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Officer will manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities. The role involves supporting audits, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and collaborating with business and consulting teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making. The Finance Officer is also expected to communicate clearly with management, external partners, and auditors to address financial queries and ensure timely submission of reports.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, management, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with relevant experience in corporate or consulting finance roles.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel, including financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Ability to work with high attention to detail, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, and documentation practices; experience in consulting or safety-focused organizations is an advantage.
