Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Accounts Department of a company or CA firm Role Overview Techpanion Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Associate – Finance to support its day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves handling core accounting activities, statutory compliances, payroll coordination, and supporting month-end and year-end closures. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping • Process and verify customer invoices, vendor bills, and expense statements • Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies • Assist in payroll processing, including coordination of salary inputs and deductions • Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and Professional Tax (PT) • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation as per company policies • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants when required • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations • Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries as needed What We Offer • Competitive compensation as per industry standards. • Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment. • Flexible work policies and a supportive team culture.
