Location - Satara,Pune 5 days WFO

Job Summary
To lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and supporting strategic financial planning aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitor and analyze financial data; prepare accurate financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS) and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations
- Review and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Handle taxation (GST, Income Tax) and ensure timely filings
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making
Must-Have Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory with 10 to 15 yrs of relevant experience in
- Financial Reporting & Balance Sheet Finalization
- IND-AS Compliance
- Taxation (GST & Income Tax)
- Audit Management
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
- ERP/SAP Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing / Food / Chemical Industry
