Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/construction sector. The role involves handling project-wise financial closures, managing taxation (including GST specific to real estate), and ensuring statutory compliance in line with industry regulations such as RERA.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Closures & Project Accounting:
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures for multiple real estate projects
- Maintain project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and profitability tracking
- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP), revenue recognition (Percentage of Completion Method / Project Completion Method)
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actuals) for projects and highlight key insights
