Job Summary:
As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our consulting projects and delivering high-quality deliverables. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a CA fresher to develop skills across various aspects of financial consulting while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A advisory:
- Leading and managing financial and tax due diligence projections
- Preparation of financial due diligence reports
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and financial models.
- Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to assist clients in decision-making.
- Managing of financial due diligence for the client
- CFO Support:
- Leading and managing teams for CFO support projects
- Preparation of MIS dashboards/reporting deck for the client
- Managing and ensuring fiscal compliances including Audit support
- Management of client expectations
- Participate in client meetings and assist in understanding their business needs.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial insights to clients.
- Maintain client relationships by addressing queries and providing timely updates
- Learning and Development:
- Engage in continuous learning and development to improve technical skills.
- Attend training sessions and workshops provided by the firm.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – 0 to 4 years of experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
