Role & Responsibilities
As an Article Assistant, you will gain practical experience across various domains, including:
• Audit & Assurance: Statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Direct & Indirect Taxation: ITR filing, GST returns, and tax planning
• ROC Compliance: Company incorporation, annual filings, and secretarial work
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients for data collection, clarification, and support
• Research & Documentation: Assisting in drafting reports and researching financial regulations
• Tax Assessments: Perform tax assessments for Direct and Indirect taxes
• Other Associated Works: Other works associated with compliance and filings
Qualification
• CA Inter / degree
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of tax and compliance laws
• Knowledge in Excel is an added advantage
