Role Description
The CA Articleship role is a full-time position based on-site in Mumbai. The articleship will involve assisting in financial analysis, audit processes, accounting activities, research, and documentation. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, investment banking processes, compliance, and tax planning, while contributing actively to financial structuring, project appraisals, and client transactions. The role is ideal for candidates aiming to enhance their practical knowledge and skills in finance and accounting within a dynamic corporate environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing principles.
- Skills in Research and Documentation to support financial transactions and project appraisals.
- Understanding of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Taxation principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Enrollment in a CA program and completion of the required foundation or intermediate level.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site corporate environment in Mumbai.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in corporate finance (preferred, but not mandatory).
