Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CA Articleship at AnBac Advisors in Gurugram. The role will involve assisting in financial, secretarial, legal, and compliance matters for clients. Responsibilities may include supporting in tax, financial, and operational due diligence, assisting in India entry strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Financial, Secretarial, and Legal matters
- Understanding of Taxation and Audit matters
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- CA foundation and CA Inter exams qualified
