Job details:
Company Description We are a multidisciplinary corporate advisory firm that brings Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Legal Professionals together to deliver integrated solutions. With over multiple years of experience and more than 120 active clients across four service verticals, the firm focuses on partner-led advisory, rather than staff-delegated execution, in finance, compliance, taxation, and corporate law. We serve funded startups, foreign subsidiaries, mid-market companies, and government or public sector organisations, offering end-to-end support from incorporation through complex transactions. The firm’s services span startup advisory, FEMA and cross-border structuring, audit and assurance, virtual CFO support, taxation, and corporate secretarial and legal services. We are committed to being technology-driven, cost-efficient, ethics-first, and free from conflicts of interest.
Role Description The Articled Assistant will support partners and senior team members across assurance, taxation, and advisory engagements in a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits; preparing working papers and documentation; and supporting compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings. The role involves helping with corporate secretarial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and drafting basic notices, summaries, and reports under guidance. The Articled Assistant will participate in client meetings, gather and analyze financial and operational data, and assist in preparing reports, schedules, and reconciliations for startup advisory, virtual CFO, and cross-border assignments. The position also requires proactive learning of relevant laws, standards, and technology tools, while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
