🔯 *Experience:- Minimum 8 Years Experience (Real Estate Preferred)*
🔯 *Qualification:- CA Qualified*
🔹 *Key Responsibilities:*
🔆 Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
🔆 Handle taxation, GST, audits, and compliance requirements
🔆 Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions
🔆 Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports
🔆 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
🔆 Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
🔆 Monitor cash flow and financial planning for projects
🔹 *Required Skills:*
🔆 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
🔆 Experience in Real Estate accounting and project finance preferred
🔆 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔆 Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
