C3EL is seeking a cleared professional to support our critical mission at Scott AFB in Illinois. This ServiceNow Visualization & Configuration Management (CM) Analyst will join our Digital Modernization Group on the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract. This is a role for a ServiceNow power user who excels at creating data visualizations and has a background in CM.
As the Defense Information Systems Agency transitions to ServiceNow, your primary mission is to become the team's subject matter expert (SME) for data analysis and visualization. As a member of the CM team reporting to the CM Manager, you will step into a recently transitioned ServiceNow environment that is leveraging modern telecom modules (TSOM/TNI) and immediately design, deliver, and maintain critical visualizations to support team objectives. While you perform core CM tasks, your main focus will be on leveraging your deep platform knowledge to extract, analyze, and present data in meaningful ways. If you love diving into ServiceNow to make the data tell a story, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design, deliver, and maintain a suite of complex data visualizations within ServiceNow. You will be the team's SME for data visualization strategies, responsible for translating team requirements into powerful, actionable insights.
- Core CM: Execute essential CM functions within the ServiceNow platform. You will analyze change requests, conduct CI audits, and ensure the relationships between circuits and equipment are accurately maintained, applying your CM knowledge within the new toolset.
- Data Integrity & Investigation: Serve as a data detective. You will investigate and resolve data integrity issues within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and new telecom modules (TSOM/TNI), ensuring our data is reliable and our platform is operating as intended.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as the team's technical mentor on all things visualization. This includes providing informal guidance and sharing best practices to help other analysts develop their ServiceNow skills, in addition to collaborating on team objectives.
