About the role

We're looking for a detail-driven CRM Database Analyst who enjoys digging into data and uncovering high-quality leads. In this role, you'll support both our internal sales team and clients by researching, identifying, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline of Pre-Sales Accepted Leads (PSALs) and Pre-Sales Qualified Leads (PSQLs). If you're highly organized, comfortable with CRM platforms, and motivated by uncovering opportunities, this role is a great starting point for a career in marketing and lead development. What You'll Be Doing: Research and identify ideal leads across target industries using tools like SalesIntel and other enrichment platforms Evaluate and pre-qualify companies to generate Pre-Sales Accepted leads (PSALs) for internal and client-facing sales efforts Review, research, and pre-qualify inbound leads (contacts who have expressed interest) to generate Pre-Sales Qualified Leads (PSQLs) before routing them to the appropriate sales team for follow-up, includes client-facing leads Maintain and organize CRM databases with accurate, up-to-date prospect data Cleanse and enrich data to ensure lead quality and segmentation accuracy Improve lead engagement and email deliverability by managing unsubscribes, bounce rates, and inactive contacts Support lead generation campaigns and contribute to segmentation strategies Assist with performance reporting on lead quality and campaign impact Qualifications: Good understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with data enrichment and marketing automation tools Basic understanding of lead generation and contact qualification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple research tasks efficiently Excellent, professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily communicate in the English language Education & Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead research, CRM management, or marketing (college degree preferred)
