Role - Market Operations – C2Treds

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage high-value corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bidding process execution, managing daily corporate transactions, maintaining strict turnaround timelines, ensuring financial accuracy, and engaging with key stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Corporates, MSMEs, and Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction & Financing Process Management: Manage bidding and transaction execution for 10-15 corporates with the objective to maximize throughput.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) Adherence
    • Ensure all transactions are executed within defined TATs by enabling competitive interest rates and financial terms.
    • Maintain operational efficiency and time-bound closures under pressure.
    • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporates to maximize transactions and ensure regular communication/troubleshooting
    • Ensure all stakeholders receive favorable deal terms and high service standards

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools
    • Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities
    • Diligent, punctual, and self-driven
    • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 3–6 years of experience in supply chain finance, transaction banking, corporate finance, or fintech
    • Prior experience in handling high-value bidding processes or financial transactions is a plus
