Role Description The C-suite trainee will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, operations, and decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data analysis, preparing executive reports and presentations, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings, documenting action items, and following up on project timelines and outcomes. As a full-time on-site position based in the Kanyakumari district, the trainee is expected to engage directly with local stakeholders, observe field operations, and gain hands-on experience in a growing construction-tech environment. Over time, the trainee will be mentored to develop leadership capabilities and an understanding of end-to-end business management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support executive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear report writing and the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Organizational and project management abilities, such as prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Interest in construction, technology platforms, and business operations, with a willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and basic business analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to working full time on-site in the Kanyakumari district.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment and maintain a professional, ethical approach in all interactions.
