C / VoIP Application Engine Development Engineer
📍 Location: Bengaluru, India (Manyata Tech Park)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🧑 💻 Experience: 3–6 years
💰 CTC: ₹16–28 LPA (commensurate with experience)
⏱ Notice Period: Immediate to 4 weeks

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled C / VoIP Application Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for telecom and VoIP-based systems. You will play a key role in system integration, performance optimization, and ensuring robust communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software for telecom/VoIP products
- Perform system integration of software and hardware components
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and consistency
- Develop, validate, test, and document software modules
- Troubleshoot issues including memory leaks, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Primary Skills
- Strong experience in C programming, multithreading, and data structures
- Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies and protocols:
SIP, RTP, RTCP
TCP/UDP
H.264 protocol
Audio/Video codecs
Memory leak detection and crash analysis
Thread management and synchronization (mutex, thread priorities)
Client-server architecture
iOS concepts (categories, notifications, design patterns)
Secondary Skills
- Knowledge of telecom protocols (VoIP, SIP)
- Strong networking fundamentals:
- Sockets, multithreading, concurrency handling
- Exposure to mobile development environments:
- Android and/or iOS
Basic Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in C development for VoIP solutions
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows build and compile environments
- Experience working with real-time communication systems
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset
