Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled C# Application Support Professional to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise-grade .NET applications. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure operational stability, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining a secure and compliant application environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for C#/.NET applications and ensure high availability.
- Monitor and maintain application infrastructure, including MSMQ queues, transactions, and services.
- Troubleshoot issues by analyzing:
- Application logs
- Configurations
- User roles and entitlements
- Workflow processes
- Perform incident triage, defect resolution, and vulnerability remediation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Deliver minor enhancements and support customization of C# functionalities.
- Work with tools like SoapUI to test and debug web services (SOAP/WSDL/XML/XSD).
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IAM/IGA teams for integrations, migrations, and access-related workflows.
- Participate in client calls as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational risk standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT/Application Support or Information Security
- Strong experience in C#/.NET development and support
- Hands-on experience with:
- Web services (SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD)
- Troubleshooting tools like SoapUI
- Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with application monitoring, patching, and maintenance
- Understanding of secure coding and vulnerability management
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IAM concepts (Identity & Access Management)
- Experience with:
- MSMQ integration
- Active Directory / LDAP
- User lifecycle & access control processes
- Familiarity with IGA tools and security frameworks
- Understanding of user provisioning and business process workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support model
- Experience working with global/distributed teams
