Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a C++ Developer. The C++ Developer will design, implement, and maintain high-performance software components that power AI-driven applications, learning platforms, and management systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient C++ code, participating in code reviews, debugging and optimizing existing features, and integrating back-end services with front-end systems or APIs. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver releases on schedule. The C++ Developer will contribute to technical documentation, follow secure coding and best practices, and support continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with professional experience in C++ (modern standards such as C++11 or later).
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, or server-side integration with databases and external services.
- Ability to write reliable, maintainable, and testable code, with experience using unit testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, performance optimization, or cross-platform development is a plus.
