About The Role
We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer (Backend) to join our dynamic team at Delta6Labs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core components of our low-latency crypto trading platform. Your expertise will directly influence the performance, reliability, and scalability of our trading systems. You will work on real-time order routing, execution modules, market data integration, and client-facing APIs, ensuring seamless and efficient trading operations. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern C++ programming, with proficiency in C++17 or later standards. A solid understanding of multithreading, performance optimization, and system architecture is essential. Familiarity with backend systems or real-time applications, along with experience working in Linux environments, is required. Knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL, will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Prior exposure to financial trading concepts, crypto exchange APIs, or protocols such as WebSocket and FIX will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance core trading functionalities, including order handling, execution, and market data processing to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Build and optimize real-time systems capable of efficiently managing large volumes of orders and market data streams.
- Integrate with various crypto exchanges using APIs such as REST, WebSocket, or FIX to facilitate seamless trading operations.
- Design and develop robust backend APIs (WebSocket/HTTP) for managing orders, trades, and market data dissemination.
- Manage system configurations through databases, ensuring synchronization and consistency across components.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments to maintain system stability and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system performance, reliability, and monitoring capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance system architecture and security.
