About Position
We are seeking a skilled C# Rust Developer with 3+ years of experience to build high-performance backend systems for next-generation financial products. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications using C#, Rust, and Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions while maintaining strong coding standards, performance optimization, and system reliability.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core
- Build high‑performance, secure systems that support next‑generation financial products
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code with a strong focus on quality, performance, and security
- Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision‑making
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Identify, debug, and resolve software defects to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction
- Support cloud‑native application development and scalability on AWS/Azure
- Contribute to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices to enhance development processes
Expertise You'll Bring
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in C# development with a strong foundation in Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Practical experience with ASP.NET Core for modern backend application development
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and data integration
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and building scalable, cloud‑native systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to code quality and maintainability
- Exposure to Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with unit testing and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
