We’re actively hiring a hands-on Team Lead – C#/.NET to take ownership of a high-impact product (Ranorex suite). If you enjoy leading small teams, solving complex problems, and building scalable desktop solutions, this role is for you.

✅ What We Need (Non-Negotiable):
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET
• Proven experience leading development teams
• Solid experience with WPF / WinForms
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments (client & server)
• Experience with Azure DevOps integrations
• Good understanding of performance & memory optimization
• Comfortable with debugging complex issues across environments
• Strong communication skills

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Lead, mentor, and drive a small high-performing team
• Own feature development + critical bug fixes
• Work closely with stakeholders and drive delivery
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and influence execution
• Troubleshoot deep technical issues across languages/environments
• Build and scale internal knowledge systems
