Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated BIM Developer Intern to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build hands-on experience in developing and automating workflows within Building Information Modeling (BIM) environments. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to support process optimization and tool development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and customizing basic tools and workflows in BIM software, primarily Autodesk Revit
- Support scripting and automation tasks using Python and/or C#
- Work with project teams to understand BIM workflow requirements and assist in implementing solutions
- Help maintain and test existing BIM tools and ensure smooth functionality
- Support integration of BIM data with external systems under guidance
- Document workflows, scripts, and processes for internal use
- Stay updated on BIM technologies, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Autodesk Revit and BIM concepts
- Familiarity with Python and/or C# (academic or project experience)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Revit API (academic/project level)
- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and data structures
- Familiarity with tools like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Knowledge of data formats such as JSON or XML
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Mode: On-site (Navi Mumbai)
