Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a position at byteXL. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, collaborating with educational institutions, and helping bridge the gap between academic teachings and industry expectations. Key responsibilities include providing support with curriculum integration, conducting training sessions, engaging with students, and ensuring the effective delivery of content to upskill students.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and institutions.
- Experience in training or mentoring students to develop industry-relevant skills and career readiness.
- Proficiency in tech-related domains, tools, or skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in the education, edtech, or training industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Engineering, or Computer Science.
