Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Byteridge specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions in software development, and we are now looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition- Senior Executive to join our HR team and help us scale further. 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment. Demonstrated success in closing roles for technologies such as Java, Node.js, .Net, Angular, React.js, Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, Flutter, Android, iOS, and more. Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to meet recruitment targets. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment, leveraging innovative hiring methods and tactics to meet organizational goals. Roles and Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for Byteridge. Assess a high volume of candidate applications daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities and fit for the role. Develop strong relationships with candidates, gaining insight into their expertise and aligning them with suitable roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and stakeholders. Provide regular updates to team leads and stakeholders about the hiring process. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment targets, including a minimum of 2 successful hires per month. Provide recruitment analytics and data-driven insights to the team lead when required. Adapt to shifting business demands, which may include switching focus areas or reprioritizing openings
