About the role

As a Strategy Manager in the Business Marketing Strategy & Intelligence team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and plans to drive user growth and engagement across ByteDance's platforms. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and translate strategies into actionable roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive user growth and engagement across ByteDance's platforms - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user insights to uncover growth opportunities - Partner with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, etc.) to ideate, prioritize, and deliver marketing initiatives - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to drive continuous optimization - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to inform future strategies Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, marketing, or business operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams - Experience in managing marketing campaigns and measuring their performance - Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms - Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and presentation software - Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
