About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager who's both a strategic thinker and an execution specialist. You'll own product features from ideation to launch — understanding user problems, writing product specs, managing timelines, and working directly with developers to get things done.
This is not a pure strategy role. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and impactful.
What you'll do (Responsibilities)
Design product solutions for our HR platform to improve overall product competitiveness and grow our business
Create clear PRDs, user stories, and workflows.
Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Plan and manage development timelines using tools like Jira and Notion.
Assign tasks to developers and ensure delivery is on time and within scope.
Coordinate QA, testing, and release workflows.
Collaborate with design, support, and marketing teams for feature rollouts.
Conduct market research, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis and industry trend studies.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in Product / Project / Technical roles.
Experience working directly with developers on feature delivery.
Familiar with Agile, user-centric design, and task management tools.
Can work independently and make decisions with clarity.
Great communicator – written and verbal.
Bonus: Experience in HR, payroll, or B2B SaaS platforms.
