Conduct online classes, clarify doubts, and create a positive learning environment on our learning platform. Provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to students' queries. Assess student performance and give constructive feedback for improvement. Conduct 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities up to 12 hours per week. Non-session activities: 3 PM to 4:30 PM; Session activities: 4:30 PM to 9 PM. Additional duties include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and monthly tests. Enhance student performance with flexible teaching methods and dedication. Ideal Candidate Profile: Passionate about teaching and making a significant impact in education. Strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10. Excellent communication skills (English) – both verbal and written. Effective camera-facing skills. Ability to relate theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience are welcome. Multi-tasking and creative thinking abilities. Capable of delivering lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to student needs. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
