We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives within our manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing structured training programs that support employee development, operational performance, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

- Develop and implement training programs that support operational performance and employee development.
- Design and maintain structured training matrices and development plans for frontline manufacturing teams.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training completion and effectiveness metrics.
- Facilitate onboarding programs, skills development, and leadership training for production employees.
- Evaluate training outcomes using feedback, metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with business goals.
