About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our product development team. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and ensuring the quality of our software products. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality user experience and helping us scale with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria.
  • Perform regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
  • Ensure software releases are stable, reliable, and meet the business requirements.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and suggest quality best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing (e. g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e. g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Good understanding of APIs and experience testing backend services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in testing mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e. g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, Java).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
