Job Description:
· Accounting Work related to Bank entries,
· GST Invoices entries and
· Sales entries in the books of Account,
· Bank Reconciliation work,
· Vendor Ledger Reconciliation,
· Inter branch Reconciliation in books of account,
· Maintaining of Books/Files/Documentation related to compliance of the company,
· Issuing of Cheque to the party after getting approval of the Management,
· Preparation of vendor Agreements, ROC Documents and Board resolution,
· Arrangement of Documentation related to the Quarterly Audit and assisting the Auditor in Audit,
· Control and protect the assets in the interest of the organization.
· Main responsibility would be to assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
· Other company related works.
