Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Lead a team focused on the growth and acquisition of clients in the payments processing industry.
• Create go-to-market plans and solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with product, sales, finance, and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations, focusing on performance against key sales metrics.
• Drive revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
• Develop consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the business cycle.
• Engage directly in the largest, most strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships, and helping the team win new customers.
• Lead with clarity and context, creating a compelling plan aligned with Recon.Money’s direction.
• Create structure and focus for go-to-market ideas and product sales campaigns that the product team is exploring. Drive execution and measurement.
