Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyers Agent located in New Delhi. The Buyers Agent will assist clients in finding and purchasing residential real estate properties that meet their needs. Responsibilities include providing personalized buyer representation, facilitating property sales, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing all aspects of communication with clients. The Buyers Agent will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process for clients while upholding company standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience with Buyer Representation and Residential Real Estate transactions
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Delhi is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
