- Issue inquiries (RFQ), evaluate received quotation and negotiate commercial terms.
- Create Purchase Order (PO) according to budget and procedures
- Review PO for accuracy such as incoterms, delivery address, technical commercial requirements and get approval as per authority matrix Place the PO towards suppliers and ensure effective transfer of all necessary information to suppliers and maintain subsequent revisions as applicable
- Expedite Order Acknowledgements
- Plan, arrange and participate in the kickoff and follow up meetings with suppliers whenever required
- Co-ordination of suppliers Quality Notifications
- Co-ordinate with logistics for transportation of materials
- Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods receipt
- Review and approve suppliers invoices
- Ensure set KPI benchmark are met
