Key Duties The candidate should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients in existing &strategic market segments like Electric Vehicle, Battery, Biomedical, HVAC,Semiconductor, CCC, Fasteners and be updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of the candidate include: ∙The candidate should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients in existing & strategic market segments like Electric Vehicle, Battery, Biomedical, HVAC, Semiconductor, CCC, Fasteners and be updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of the candidate include: ∙Management of Key Accounts include OEM, Distributor, and End User Accounts ∙Generating Sales and Achieving the targets specified for the year reviewed monthly/quarterly ∙Knowledge of and direct contact with major customers in the territory ∙Increase the customer base by sourcing at least 15% new prospects year on year from strategic markets ∙Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company ∙Promote products/solutions through various marketing channels like seminar, webinar, etc. ∙Anticipate market trends and needs to ensure the effective working practices are adopted and adhered ∙Managing the activities of all the regional sales, technical and office staff whose function is to support in achieving the above objective ∙Keep prospective client database updated in the CRM ∙Close follow-up on Backlog and Pending Payments
