Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Butler - Supervisor to join our team at The Den, Bengaluru. The role requires overseeing a professional team of butlers, ensuring exceptional guest service, and executing personalized service standards. Responsibilities include handling VIP guests, maintaining property standards, monitoring team performance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position will also involve scheduling, mentoring staff, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a distinctive luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to coach and manage a team of experienced professionals.
- Proficiency in hotel operations and guest service management, with hands-on experience in luxury hospitality settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cater to diverse guest needs and foster positive relationships with team members.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to ensure high service quality and seamless guest experiences.
- Technical understanding of hotel systems and processes, including scheduling, inventory management, and service protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with culturally diverse teams and clientele is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field preferred, along with prior experience in a similar role.
