Responsibilities
- Provide personalized services to guests, anticipating their needs
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and special occasions
- Maintain high standards of etiquette, grooming, and hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless service
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
- at least 6 months of experience as a Butler or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in a luxury hotel is preferred
