Position: Business Development Officer
Role & Responsibilities:
• Generate sales and achieve monthly order targets
• Maintain daily and monthly performance metrics
• Plan and execute growth strategies
• Identify business opportunities and customer expansion
• Work with a growth mindset and solve business challenges critically
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Who We Are Looking For:
• Candidate with previous sales experience is mandatory
• Prior experience in a sales or business development role preferred
• MBA or Marketing-related course candidates will be preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Self-driven and target-oriented personality
Salary & Incentives:
💰 ₹50,000/month (Target-Based)
Applicable on successful completion of 100 orders per month.
