Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and building strategies to expand the company’s customer base. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. The role also involves presenting Insight BIM services and solutions, maintaining a deep understanding of BIM technology, and analyzing industry trends to develop effective business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Effective time management, organizational abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or BIM industry is highly desirable
