Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Nagercoil for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth. The role includes building strong relationships with clients, identifying business expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and establish strong client relationships
- Goal-oriented and ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a digital agency is a plus
