Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development role located in Surat. The Business Development professional will be responsible for lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, and building customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and proposing strategic business solutions to drive growth. The role requires active collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
