Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Guntur. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering engaging presentations, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The role includes building strong connections with prospects, maintaining communication, and assisting with initiatives to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering impactful Presentations
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Market Research skills to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and team collaboration
- Self-motivation with the ability to perform independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in business development or a related role is a plus
