Job Description:
● Managing the assign set of Vendors and making strategies for their sales
growth.
● Reporting to Sr. Account Managers and make sure the assign targets are
meet.
● Any escalations from assigned vendors to be taken up and act upon.
● Assigning action points with the Portfolio Manager for sales growth and
completing them on time.
● Maintaining regular hygiene of the Brands and co-ordinating with several
departments to insure proper work flow.
● Guiding Interns in their day to day tasks and reviewing their everyday work.
● Total ownership of sales target and intend to deliver the same.
● Getting deals aligned and should be able to create proper sales strategy for E
Commerce sales.
● End to end coordination for getting the new brand live on portal as per SOP.
● Managing a team of Interns
KRA
● Vendor Hygiene maintenance: Responsible for negotiation with vendors, in
terms for buybox and stock replication .
● Pricing and demand generation : Responsible for pricing and demand
generation , this includes working with other members on category
Management team to come up with innovative promotions plan and site
features to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
● Quality check and case study: Responsible for listing quality check in
different market place like Amazon , flipkart , Jiomart e.t.c.
● Innovation: Invent and drive continuous process improvement and
automation across our buymore system to allow us to scale a fast growing
Business.

Qualification:
● Engineer/BBM/BSC/BBA, Min above 65% in 10th, 12th and Engineering.(2025-2026)
● MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
● Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi.
● Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).
● Experience of 0-2 years.
● Maintainsa To-DoList.
