💼 Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated final-year students to join us as Business Development Executives.
This role is performance-driven and career-focused, where you will gain real-time exposure to sales, client interaction, and business growth strategies.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Connect with students and explain our skill development programs
Guide potential learners and support them in the enrollment process
Generate leads through calls, social media, and networking
Build and maintain strong student relationships
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion strategies
💰 Stipend & Performance Structure
💸 Up to ₹15,000/month (Performance-Based Stipend)
🎯 Additional incentives based on enrollments
⚠️ This is a target-based role, not a fixed salary position
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Final-year students (mandatory)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
