Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves driving sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and building strategic business relationships. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, develop business plans, and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets. Regular collaboration with teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and management of projects will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking for generating new opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills to handle multiple tasks and streamline processes efficiently.
- Analytical Skills for market research and performance evaluation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and establish strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the real estate or Proptech industry is a plus.
