Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and fostering potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve organizational targets. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with other teams to develop comprehensive business plans, contribute to project management efforts, conduct market analysis, and deliver well-structured communication tailored to clients’ needs.

- Strong Sales and Business Planning skills to identify opportunities, set strategies, and meet target objectives
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships and deliver professional presentations
- Proficiency in Project Management and business coordination to manage tasks and timelines effectively
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and developing actionable insights
- Relevant experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
