Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. The associate will also be involved in strategizing and executing partnerships, expanding the company’s outreach, and contributing to revenue generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Research and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and market trends
- Experience or knowledge in Fundraising strategies to contribute to business growth
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience or knowledge in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Sales knowledge is a plus
- Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus
