Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, developing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines, and supporting business planning initiatives. The role emphasizes both client acquisition and retention, as well as collaboration with internal teams to align strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic business insights
- Experience in business planning and growth strategy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively
- Customer service proficiency to address client needs and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
