Your Responsibilities

1. Work with product and engineering teams to help define product goals, requirements and represent the user's point of view throughout the product planning process.
2. Design the workflows, wireframes, prototypes, sketches, and final delivery mockups, to illustrate design solutions.
3. Understand product requirements, and design accordingly
4. Communicate with users, researchers, product and tech teams to ensure everyone understands what is needed
5. Participate in design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
6. Conduct user interviews, conduct user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests and analyze the data
7. Executing with speed would be important. In a high growth startup we need someone who can get things done at a fast pace.
8. Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
   
   

What makes you a good fit

1. Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in product design
2. Has experience with designing scalable end-user, business web-based applications
3. Has a bias for rapid prototyping and experimentation
