Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Officer/Senior Business Development Officer, located on-site in Jhansi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth initiatives. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding Fusion's reach and impact in the community by supporting clients and promoting financial inclusion.
Qualifications
- New Business Development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, financial data, and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts and experience in financial products or services
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
- Proven Customer Service abilities, ensuring a client-centered approach throughout engagements
- Proficiency with office software and technology used in business development
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in the Jhansi region
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
